We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
Changed your mind?
You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as they are unused and in a condition suitable for resale.
Please note:
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Items should be securely packaged to prevent damage during return.
- Please include your order number and whether you would prefer a refund or exchange.
For your peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Incorrect item ordered or need an exchange?
If you ordered the wrong product or would like to exchange an item, simply return it in resaleable condition and include a note with:
- your order number
- the item you would like instead
If there is any price difference, we will arrange payment or refund accordingly.
Faulty or damaged items
While we take great care when packing orders, items can occasionally be damaged during delivery or may have a manufacturing fault.
If this happens, please contact us at info@japan-goodies.com before returning the item. We will work with you to find the best solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.
